Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott undertook this $12.7 million dollar project, which added 75,000 s.f. and 40 beds to the existing hospital. In addition to the expansion, the project also included the renovation and expansion of lobby spaces, the kitchen, cafeteria, dining and meeting rooms, as well as the relocation of the Emergency Helipad. The hospital’s physical plant doubled in size to provide the additional services required by the hospital expansion, and the project also included 12,000 s.f. of shell space for future use, and a complete renovation of the entry lobby in the existing building.
